This totally refurbished luxury chalet is newly furnished to a high
standard and is situated in an elevated position overlooking the
Woodlands Holiday Village and play area.
Wi-Fi is available on the park at no extra cost.

The combined sitting/dining room has a leather sofa,
small dining table with 4 chairs. There is a 26 inch flat screen LCD TV with
integrated DVD player, and a CD player / Radio.
The newly fitted kitchen has an electric hob and oven,
a full sized dishwasher, an integrated under-counter fridge, a microwave
and various small appliances.
All cookware, cutlery and tableware are provided.
There are 2 bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with a flat
screen TV. The other bedroom has bunk beds.
Bed linen tea towels and towels are
provided.
The Shower room has an extra wide shower and a
heated towel rail. Towels are supplied.

Facilities at the Holiday Village
include a children’s play area, and a
clubhouse with a bar and a takeaway restaurant. There are
footpaths into the surrounding countryside from the site and there is
direct
access to the Perthneidr Woods Woodland Trust footpath (click
here for details and photos of that walk).
The Holiday Village is just over
half a mile form Cei Bach Beach along
quiet country lanes.
Access statement: The chalet is in an elevated
position in the park and is approached by a gently sloping 40 yard path
with 7 steps at the top. Within the chalet, there
are no steps and all rooms are on the same level. Due to its elevated
location this chalet may be unsuitable for disabled use.
