This 3 bedroom centrally heated and double glazed caravan is situated
right at the highest part of the park and has extensive views over Cardigan
Bay. A path from above the beach also goes from Quay West up Brongwyn
Lane to New Quay. This lane was much used by Dylan Thomas on his way from
his home 'Majoda' to the pub in New Quay - usually the Black Lion.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 bedrooms that can be used
either as twin bedrooms or doubles. The well equipped kitchen has a
fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual small appliances. The comfortable sitting area has a
3 piece suite, 26” LCD flat screen TV and DVD
recorder. There is a modern spacious bathroom with
a bath, wash basin and WC. Additionally there is an ensuite shower room off
the double bedroom.

Outside there is a wrap around deck and a patio with panoramic sea views. There
is garden furniture - table and chairs, loungers with cushions and a
hammock, there is also a barbecue - where you can prepare a tasty dinner
as you watch the sun going down over Cardigan Bay. There
is easy access to the beach and tennis courts and a short walk to
the entertainment complex.
- Duvets and pillows are provided but you will have to supply your own bed
linen, towels and tea towels.
- No smoking is allowed in the caravan but is ok outside
provided ashtrays are used.
- One well behaved small/ medium dog welcomed.
- There is a private parking place and plenty of extra parking nearby.
- Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
- Tariff: £300 - low season to £600 high season
- Week end and
mid week short breaks available in
the low season by
arrangement - please call.
