You can relax
in comfort in this new luxury caravan holiday home, which offers
spacious accommodation and modern facilities and has new side and front
decking with excellent views over Cardigan Bay.
This caravan holiday home has full double glazing with and central
heating throughout as well as a feature fire in the lounge. The
comfortable and spacious lounge opens on to the deck through sliding
glass doors. There is a large flat screen TV with freeview and DVD. The
dining table seats four.
The master
bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite toilet with
wash basin. There is also a twin bedroom and a separate family shower
room with large shower, wash basin and WC. Bed linen is provided.
The well
equipped kitchen has a full sized gas cooker, built in separate fridge
and freezer, microwave, and all the usual small appliances.

Refund due to cancellations:
Any cancellation following payment of a deposit or balance
is subject to a £20 administration fee. If cancellation occurs for any
reason within 28 days of the start of the holiday, he
/ she should advise us
immediately by telephone or e-mail followed by a confirmatory letter.
Upon
receipt of such letter (but without any obligation to the hirer) the
owners will attempt
to obtain a replacement letting, and if such a letting is obtained,
will then
refund to the hirer any monies paid less the administration fee. If the
owners are unable to re-let, then
they shall be entitled to retain all payments already made. We advise
guests to arrange cancellation insurance with the insurer of your
choice to
cover such an eventuality.
