You can enjoy this 3 bedroom 2008 Sunrise 36 x 12 caravan offering both
views of the delightful harbour village of New Quay and extensive views of
Cardigan Bay. Centrally located in Quay West Holiday Park, with everything
you need for a family holiday. There is a brand new deck area with table and
chairs for you to relax and take in the views. It is just a 5 minute walk
along a footpath to Traethgwyn Beach and within easy walking distance of New
Quay with its restaurants, pubs, harbour, beach and dolphin watching boat
trips.

The spacious lounge has a 32" flat screen digital TV with DVD player.
There is also a 20" flat screen digital TV in the double bedroom. There are
comfortable wraparound sofas seating up to eight and views across
Cardigan Bay to the mountains of Snowdonia.
There are three bedrooms, a double and two twins with all beds made up
for your arrival. There is also a double pull out bed in the lounge with all
bedding provided. There is a gas fire in the sitting room, as well as oil-filled
radiators in the bedrooms. Gas and electricity are all included. There is a
fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with full size gas cooker oven and
grill, fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a
shower room with WC and wash basin.
