The caravan is situated on a 15 acre small holding with its own
private garden. The garden is fenced with a picnic table and plenty
of open space for children and pets to roam and play. We also have
an acre camping field nearby (50yds) with electric hook up, hard
standing, shower and toilet. We are situated 830 ft above sea level
with spectacular views of the Preseli mountains with an abundance of
footpaths, trails and cycle paths (just off cycle route 47) you are able
to utilise. Our location is 18 miles from Carmarthen, 10 miles from
Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn so we are quite centrally located for
popular visitor attractions and beaches – take your pick! We are
right on the border of all three popular Counties – Pembrokeshire,
Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

The caravan has two bedrooms – 1 double and 2 single beds and there is a
pull out double bed in the lounge so it will comfortably sleep 6 people. The
kitchen is furnished with all the mod cons, the bathroom is en suite to the
double room with access to it from the hallway and the lounge is fairly
large with TV – DVD freeview and a stereo system.
All bed linen and towels are supplied. The heating is gas and the
electricity is supplied via a £1 slot meter. There is a no smoking policy in
the caravan. Pets are welcome on the condition that the furnishings are
respected for other users. Don’t forget to bring your slippers!

There are plenty of local pubs within a radius of two miles who provide
meals. Our local pub is a 300yd walk – it serves good beer, real ale and pub
meals.
Our prices are as follows:
Static caravan with own garden: £40 per night or £250 per week;
Touring caravans: £10 per night plus £2 hook up;
Tents: £6 per night for a maximum of 2 people. Additional charge of £2 per
person;
Bunk House (other static caravan located on the campsite): £6 per person
(own linen/sleeping bag required).
