This Caravan is a centrally heated, double glazed ABI Owners Exclusive Sunrise Mark ll and is
situated on one of Haven's most popular sites.
Quay West Holiday Park lies above the beautiful sandy Traethgwyn Beach which
stretches from New Quay to Llanina Point and is just a short walk from the
caravan. A path from above the beach also goes from Quay West up Brongwyn
Lane to New Quay. This lane was much used by Dylan Thomas on his way from
his home 'Majoda' to the pub in New Quay - usually the Black Lion.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms,
one double and 2 twins and has a pull out sofa-bed in the Living Room.
The well equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge and microwave as
well as the usual small appliances . The cosy sitting and dining
area has a TV. VCR and DVDplayer and a portable stereo. There is a selection of games and childrens' videos for those
occasional rainy days.

Outside there is a patio area with garden furniture. There
is easy access to the beach and tennis courts and a short walk to
the entertainment complex - passes are available from the park office.
- There is parking beside the caravan for one car and
additional parking close by.
- A travel cot and highchair are provided.
- Duvets and pillows are provided but you will have to supply your own bed
linen, towels and tea towels.
- No smoking is allowed in the caravan but is ok outside provided ashtrays are
used. Sorry no pets.

- There is a £50 security deposit required for this
