This luxury caravan is an Atlas Diamond Super 2
bedroom located on the private owners section of Quay West at Traethgwyn Court - the most exclusive and
quietest area of the Quay West site as well as being the closest part of
the site to the pretty seaside village of New Quay. This caravan is
located opposite the footpath going both to the beach and into New
Quay.

At the side of the caravan is a decked area with garden furniture where
you can sit and relax enjoying the spectacular views from New Quay harbour
across Cardigan Bay to The Lleyn Peninsular and Snowdon in the distance.
There is Mains gas central heating (no bottles to run out as in most
caravans) and double glazing.
Lounge – Dining table and
chairs, 3-piece suite, coffee table, additional gas fire, storage cupboards,
26” flat screen Freeview TV with DVD player. There is also a sofa
bed which easily converts to a small double allowing an additional 2
people to sleep in the lounge.

Bathroom with 2 doors – The bathroom can be accessed
from both the double bedroom -making it effectively en-suite, or from the
passage outside the bedroom. It has a WC, wash basin, overhead cupboard with shaver
point and light, and shower cubicle with mini bath. There is an
additional cloakroom closer to the lounge with WC and basin.
Kitchen – Gas fired 4 ring cooker with grill and separate
main oven, sink and storage along with ample storage below and above
worktops. Full crockery, cutlery and cooking utensil inventory with
pots and pans etc. included. Complete with fridge/freezer,
microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
Also includes – Ironing board and steam iron, vacuum cleaner, travel
cot and high chair

sufficient for 1 car, wooden decking accessed by steps from the
parking area, table and chairs.
PLEASE NOTE: Strictly no pets or smoking inside. Pillows and
duvets provided but guests must bring their own sheets, duvet/pillow
covers and towels/tea towels as these are not provided. Many of the
park facilities are very limited or not available after the Autumn
half term but the park itself remains fully open. To use some of the
park facilities it is necessary to purchase separate passes from the
main reception and these are not included in the rental price.
