This luxury caravan is a 39’ x 12’ Pemberton Montreux 2 bedroom model located on Traethgwyn Court - the most exclusive and quietest area of the Quay West site as well as being the closest part of the site to the pretty seaside village of New Quay.

From the decked area you can sit and relax enjoying the spectacular views from New Quay harbour across Cardigan Bay to The Lleyn Peninsular and Snowdon in the distance. Don’t forget your binoculars though as the dolphins are regularly in full view in the bay to the front of the caravan or you can go to see them up close as the spectacular Traeth Gwyn Beach is less than 10 minutes’ walk away! Full Mains gas central heating (no bottles to run out as in most caravans) and double glazing makes this caravan fully usable in the winter as well and will always keep you as warm as toast!

In this beautifully laid out caravan you will find the following facilities:
Master Bedroom – King Size bed (5’wide), ample storage cupboards and drawers, electric blanket, bed-side lamps and en-suite toilet with wash basin.
Second bedroom - contains two single beds (these can be pushed together to form a double bed), table lamp and storage wardrobe and drawers.

Lounge – Dining table and chairs, 3-piece suite, coffee table, additional real fire effect electric fire, storage cupboards, 32” flat screen Freeview TV with DVD/Video player. A selection of DVDs and videos are supplied. Sofa bed easily converts to a small double allowing an additional 2 people to sleep in the lounge.
Bathroom – Toilet, wash basin, overhead cupboard with shaver point and light, shower cubicle.
Kitchen – Gas fired 4 ring cooker with grill and separate main oven, sink and storage along with ample storage below and above worktops. Full crockery, cutlery and cooking utensil inventory with pots and pans etc. included. Complete with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
Also includes – Ironing board and steam iron, vacuum cleaner, travel cot and high chair

Outside – Parking space sufficient for 2 cars, wooden decking, table and chairs with parasol.

PLEASE NOTE: Strictly no pets or smoking inside. Pillows and duvets provided but guests must bring their own sheets, duvet/pillow covers and towels/tea towels as these are not provided. Many of the park facilities are very limited or not available after the Autumn half term but the park itself remains fully open. To use some of the park facilities it is necessary to purchase separate passes from the main reception and these are not included in the rental price.
