Caravan at Ty'r Ffynnon Farm, New Quay - sleeps 6
The caravan is sited in its own private garden on our
sheep farm. It is half a mile from the coastal path and one and a
half miles from the centre of New Quay. It has magnificent views of Cardigan Bay and the mountains beyond.

This 6
berth caravan is beautifully positioned with panoramic views of the
coastline and farmland, sited in its own secluded garden on a sheep
farm. An ideal spot for those who want a peaceful location with the
added bonus of being only a five minute drive from the quiet fishing
village of New Quay.
The spacious caravan consists of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The caravan is fully fitted with a TV, DVD, gas fire,
full-size fridge, cooker, microwave, crockery, pots and pans etc. There
are electric heaters to all bedrooms and the shower-room which has a
shower, WC and wash basin. There is a seating area outside of the
caravan which is a perfect location for a barbeque. Sausages, burgers and fresh
eggs can be purchased from Aled at the farm.

The Farm - Ty’r
Ffynnon is a sheep farm. Therefore, during season, there is the
possibility of helping with feeding the lambs and witnessing their
births.
At certain times of the year, there may also be piglets.
There are chickens where fresh eggs can be collected and purchased. If you just want
to relax there is a beautiful and well-established fish pond which is
the perfect location to sit in peace and enjoy your holiday read.

- Bed linen provided, but not towels.
- One well behaved
small to medium sized dog permitted
- Full week rentals
only starting on Saturdays.
- Gas, electricity and all bedding are included.
- there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and
freezer available for use (donation box for use).
- There is ample car
parking
- Smoking is not
permitted in the caravan.
- Secure
storage and washing down facilities are provided for bikes; boats and
trailers can be accommodated at an additional charge if requested.
