Peaceful and private, our caravan is great for a ‘get away from it all’
holiday. Set in its own fenced plot on our 19 acre smallholding with private
entrance and parking, the caravan has beautiful views over open farm land to
the Preseli hills in the distance. The caravan is less than a mile from the
small village of Trelech and its pub, which is situated at the crossways of
Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion making it an ideal base for
exploring the wonderful Welsh countryside.

There are two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people.
Bedroom 1 has a 4’ 6” double bed with bedside cabinets and fitted
wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has two 2’6” single beds with a fitted wardrobe and
cupboards. There is a shower room with a toilet and wash basin. Both the
bedrooms and the bathroom have electric panel heaters fitted. There is a
galley kitchen with a gas cooker and hob, microwave and fridge, pots,
pans, crockery and cutlery. In the lounge there are fitted sofas, a
dining table seating four, remote controlled TV with ‘freeview’, DVD
player and a gas fire. A travel cot, highchair and fire guard is
available on request at no extra cost.

Outside, the caravan is set on loose stone and is accessed from a small
country lane via a wooden five bar gate. There is ample parking and turning,
a garden table and chairs and it is enclosed by post and rail fencing.
The price includes linen, towels (but not beach towels), tea towels,
electricity and gas.

Centrally located in West Wales, the caravan
is less than a mile from the village of Trelech and its pub, The
Beca Tavern and is situated where 3 Welsh counties meet -
Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. Plenty of places of
interest are within a half hour drive. These include Laugharne with
its castle and Dylan Thomas’ Boat House (15 miles), or the new
racecourse in Trimsaran (25 miles). There are many beaches close
to, so whether you prefer family friendly (eg Tenby, Saundersfoot)
or more sporty (eg Newgale, Broad Haven), the choice is yours. There
are castles to explore, tourist attractions, museums and gardens
(including the National Botanical Gardens of Wales),
