Reservations of
accommodation are accepted at the Wauntwr Caravan subject to the following terms and Conditions of Hire.
1. Contract :The renting agent will act on behalf of
the caravan owners and all bookings will form a contract between the Hirer and the
Caravan owners.
2. A
provisional booking made via telephone or e-mail and will be held for a
period of 7 days only. In the event of a cancellation, there will be an
administration fee of £20. Any bookings made less than 14 days
before a holiday must be paid by BACS bank transfer or by credit or
debit card (there is a 5% fee to cover card charges).
3. Outstanding balance payment must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
If a holiday is cancelled within 28 days of the holiday, then there will be a refund
(with deduction of administration fee as in item 2) only if the agent is able to re-let the caravan for that week.
4. The caravan will be available to the hirer during the period shown
on the confirmation
letter from the agent.
5. The caravan sleeps a maximum of
4 people plus a baby in a travel cot, and at no time must this be exceeded.
6.
One well behaved pet allowed. The pet should have its
own bedding and should not be allowed on the furniture or in
the bedrooms.
7. External factors:
West Wales Caravans has no control over, and cannot be held
liable for external factors that could possibly affect a
Holiday such as the weather, local traffic, local events,
neighbours, children playing, electricity, gas and water
supply and the vagaries of television and mobile
phone reception, or any financial losses incurred as a
result of external factors.
8. Strictly NO SMOKING inside caravan.
9. The area surrounding your hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy.
10. Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.
11. Do
not disarm smoke alarms. Press hush panel located on the
alarms themselves should they be activated during cooking
activity.
12. Sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers
and towels are provided (but not beach towels).
13. Caravans must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure and please time your arrival to be not before
3.00pm.
14. The caravan must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay. If you
do not have time to clean the caravan, an additional charge of £30 may be made
to the person booking subsequent to your holiday.
15.Complaints: Every effort has been made to ensure that
you have an enjoyable holiday. If however, you have any cause for
complaint please contact the owners immediately if any problem arises
so that it can be speedily resolved. The owners cannot subsequently consider any
complaints or enter into any correspondence about them unless this procedure has
been followed.
16. Cleaning and maintenance of the caravan - West Wales Caravans act only as booking agents and have no responsibility for the cleaning
and maintenance of this caravan. This is entirely the responsibility of the
owners and all questions regarding cleaning and maintenance should be addressed
to them.
17. Data protection and Privacy: Information provided on Booking Forms
will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party or used for
any other purpose.
