Beautifully positioned, this centrally heated, double glazed
luxury 2 bedroom 38 x12 ft Willerby Granada XL can sleep 4-6 people
and is located overlooking the countryside on the Ocean Heights
Leisure Park in New Quay.
Ocean Heights is a well maintained site which offers spectacular
views to both the sea, coastline and countryside. It is 1.5 miles
away from the beaches at New Quay with its shops, pubs and
restaurants, as well as close proximity to many more stunning
beaches, along with leisure pursuits such as walking and both sea
and coarse fishing.

The comfortable and spacious lounge has wrap around sofas, gas fire, a 32
inch flat screen tv with freeview, DVD and cd player. There is an additional
fold down comfortable double bed . The dining area has a table which seats 4
people and this opens on to a large deck area which is gated and has a gas
barbeque and comfortable chairs. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, gas
hob and oven, microwave and is well stocked with good quality pots, pans and
cutlery.

Bedrooms - The double bedroom has a king size bed, toilet and
basin are en-suite, the second bedroom has twin beds . Duvets and pillows
are provided (except for the bed in the lounge), but please bring all bed
linen, towels and tea towels.
The shower room has toilet and basin.
Outside - the deck offers lovely views, there is also a patio
area with table, chairs and umbrella and parking for one car. Additional
cars may be parked in the car park.
 The caravan has full gas central heating with radiators in all rooms and
is double glazed throughout.
There is a clubhouse which offers weekly entertainment, satellite tv and
games room, and
serves bar meals and takeaway food.
There is a small shop selling basic items.
There is an indoor pool open all year and outdoor pool opened seasonally.
The children have a play area, an all weather pitch and grassed sports
field.
