This stunning 3 bedroom caravan is a Willerby Aspen
37 x 12 situated in a prime location at the edge of the Ocean Heights
Leisure Park at New Quay. With a private deck and patio having a
panoramic view of the countryside, this caravan offers a family of 6 a
comfortable and luxurious holiday.
Ocean Heights Leisure Park is set in 14 acres of beautifully
landscaped grounds, set on a plateau overlooking the breathtaking coast
and countryside of New Quay and is just 1.5 miles from the centre of New
Quay with its beaches, pubs and restaurants.

The spacious sitting room has a large corner sofa and 2 armchairs, a
gas fire and a 26 LCD flat screen TV with freeview and DVD. The dining
table seats four. The well equipped kitchen has a full sized cooker,
fridge, freezer, microwave and the usual small appliances.

Bedrooms - The double bedroom has a TV. There are also two twin
bedrooms with bed guard available. The single beds may be put together to
make doubles if required. Duvets and Pillows are provided for all
beds, but bed linen and towels must be brought by guests.
There is a shower room with wash basin and a separate WC with basin.
Outside - The raised deck has a gate at each end and has a hardwood table
and chairs with parasol. Additionally, there is a patio There is parking for
one car by the caravan. Additional cars can be parked in the car park.

in all rooms.
