Reservations of accommodation are accepted at the Willerby Aspen Caravan at Ocean Heights Leisure Park subject to the following terms and Conditions of Hire.

1. Contract :The renting agent  will act on behalf of the caravan owners and all bookings will form a contract between the Hirer and the Caravan owners. 

2. A provisional booking made via telephone or e-mail and will be held for a period of 7 days only. In the event of a cancellation, there will be an administration fee of £20.  Any bookings made less than 14 days before a holiday must be paid by BACS bank transfer or by credit or debit card (there is a 5% fee to cover card charges).

3. Outstanding balance payment must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. If a holiday is cancelled within 28 days of the holiday, then there will be a refund (with deduction of administration fee as in item 2) only if the agent is able to re-let the caravan for that week.

4. The caravan will be available to the hirer during the period shown on the confirmation letter from the agent.

5. The caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 people and at no time must this be exceeded. 

6. The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible couples. Ocean Heights Leisure Park will not allow all male or all female parties of 3 or more persons.

7. No pets allowed. If a pet is found to be staying in this caravan, that will constitute a breach of contract and guests will be asked to leave the caravan immediately with no refund.

8. External factors: West Wales Caravans has no control over, and cannot be held liable for external factors that could possibly affect a Holiday such as the weather, local traffic, local events, neighbours, children playing, electricity, gas and water supply  and  the vagaries of television and mobile phone reception, or any financial losses incurred as a result of external factors. West Wales Caravans cannot be held responsible for problems associated with any services provided by Ocean Heights Leisure Park.

9. Strictly NO SMOKING inside caravan. Guests who do smoke in the caravan will invalidate their contract and will be asked to leave immediately.

10. The area surrounding your hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times. 

11. Clothes are to be dried on the airer provided and at no time are they to be dried over heaters and clothes lines are not to be erected.

12. Park speed limits must not be exceeded.

13. In the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or damage to other users of the facilities, the park management reserves the right to remove any offenders from the park without redress. 

14. Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners
and occupiers at all times.

15. Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park.

16. Ball games are to be played in designated areas and not between caravans.

17. No motorcycles are allowed on the park without the express written permission of the park manager.

18. Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.

19. Do not disarm smoke alarms. Press hush panel located on the alarms themselves should they be activated during cooking activity.

20. All electrical and domestic goods, including boiler, must be switched off upon leaving the van.

21. Sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and other linen items are not provided.

22. Park rules apply at all times.

23. A car may be parked on the grassy area to the right of the caravan. Please avoid parking in front of caravan. Use designated overflow car park provided by the park. 

24. Caravans must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure and please time your arrival to be not before 4.00pm. 

25. The caravan must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay. If you do not have time to clean the caravan, an additional charge of £30 may be made to the person booking subsequent to your holiday.

26.Complaints: Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable  holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint please contact the owners immediately if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. The owners cannot subsequently consider any complaints or enter into any correspondence about them unless this procedure has been followed.

27. Cleaning and maintenance of the caravan - West Wales Caravans act only as booking agents and have no responsibility for the cleaning and maintenance of this caravan. This is entirely the responsibility of the owners and all questions regarding cleaning and maintenance should be addressed to them. 

28. Data protection and Privacy: Information provided on Booking Forms will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party or used for any other purpose.
