There is a double bedroom with 32 inch wall mounted smart TV and en-suite WC with toilet and washbasin, 2 twin bedrooms - one with wall mounted TV, and an adjacent family bathroom with  glazed shower,  WC and wash basin.

The very well equipped and spacious kitchen has ample cupboards and has a full size gas hob, grill and separate oven, extractor over, microwave, kettle, toaster and large integrated fridge with separate 3 drawer freezer under, also integrated dish washer and  washing machine .

The open plan dining area  seats 6, and the large lounge has free standing 3 piece suite and wall mounted Smart TV with integrated DVD player. Glass doors open out onto the fully enclosed and gated timber deck  with superb panoramic views, patio furniture seating 6 The deck has 4 steps. There is off road parking for two cars beside the caravan.

New Quay is a short drive from the park. New Quay is a special place from the sandy beaches to the pretty harbour. High season its a busy seaside town full of pubs, shops, cafes, and restaurants. there are fishing boats with fresh fish available daily , dolphin and seal spotting trips, Water Sports centre with paddle board  and kayak hire plus lots more. All you need in a holiday in one of the best locations in West Wales.

About 5 miles to the north we recommend a walk along the bustling Harbour at Aberaeron with its multi coloured terraced houses, shops and restaurants. Lots of summer festivals are held here and along the coast..

Local Amenities - Beach, scenic coastal walks, Water Sports Centre, fishing and Dolphin watching trips available from the harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants. Also Farm Park and National Trust property at Llanerchaeron, near Aberaeron.
