This is a centrally heated and double glazed 2-bedroom Abi Keswick Caravan, and is located in a quiet section of the Ocean Heights Holiday Park, with distant sea view to the front. It has a UPVC deck with table and seating. The caravan is accessed by 3 steps and is there is parking beside the caravan for 2 cars. The park facilities including the restaurant and bar, indoor and outdoor pools, launderette and childrens' play area will be accessible to the guests.

Accommodation – The comfortable lounge has two wrap-around sofas, and a 43-inch smart TV . There is a wall mounted electric fire. The dining table seats 4. There is a well-equipped kitchen with gas  cooker and oven with grill. Microwave, integrated fridge with a 3-drawer freezer, as well as all the usual small appliances including an air fryer, crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchen ware.

The double bedroom has a TV and an en-suite cloakroom with WC and basin. There is also a second, shower room with WC and basin. There is one twin bedroom. Duvets and pillows are provided While guests are expected to bring their own bed linen. There are radiators throughout the caravan.

The Main Park Complex ia accessible to the guests and provides a restaurant, bar and entertainments area. In addition, you will find a Heated Indoor and outdoor Pool. There is also a children' play area.
 

• The caravan is available to book for week-long or shorter breaks as shown on the calendar, except for school holidays where short breaks may be unavailable.

• Duvets and pillows are provided by the owner, but bring your own bed-linen and towels.

• The caravan and deck are accessed from the parking area by 4 steps. The deck is fully enclosed.
