Situated in an excellent location in the Quay West Haven Holiday Park
in West Wales, Pembroke 33, with central heating, has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up
to 6 It has a wrap around timber deck giving fine views over New Quay and
the Harbour. Spacious lounge area, comfy corner sofa, 42" TV, a well equipped
kitchen, full size gas cooker and grill, fridge with freezer over, dining
area to seat 5/6, plus outside seating to take advantage of the sea views. One
small dog welcomed.
This is a Willerby Solstice 3
bedroom caravan, with full central heating and double glazing and a timber deck with outside furniture and a panoramic view of New Quay and
Cardigan Bay. The caravan has a double bedroom with adjacent WC and basin,
Two twin bedrooms and a separate shower room with basin .
The well equipped and spacious kitchen has ample cupboards and has a
full size gas hob, grill and separate oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and
fridge with freezer over. Ample cookware, crockery,
cutlery to cater for all family meals.
There is an open plan dining area which seats 6, and large living room area
with corner sofa, a 42 inch flat screen TV. Fully enclosed and gated
timber deck with a table and
chairs. There is off road parking beside the caravan and
additional parking areas nearby.

Bed linen is not provided. All duvets and pillows are
provided.

One small dog welcomed but should not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
No smoking permitted inside the caravan.
Additional wall mounted gas heating in sitting room.
A selection of family friendly DVDs provided plus a
variety of board games.
Strictly no BBQs on or close to the decking,
Activity and entertainment passes have been generally available at the park office to all private rentals, however for 2023, we understand that passes may still be restricted.
Superb sea views and only a few minutes walk to
Traethgwyn Beach.
New Quay is a short walk along the beach. New Quay is a
special place from the sandy beaches to the pretty harbour. High season its
a busy seaside town full of pubs, shops, cafes, and restaurants. there are
fishing boats, dolphin and seal spotting trips, kayak hire plus lots more.
All you need in a holiday in one of the best locations in West Wales.
About 5 miles to the north we recommend a walk along the waterfront and
harbour at Aberaeron with its multi coloured terraced houses, shops and
restaurants. Lots of summer festivals are held here.
Local Amenities - Beach, scenic coastal walks, watersports, kayak and
paddleboard hire,Sea fishing, and Dolphin watching trips available from the harbour,
pubs and restaurants including 2 fish and chip shops, a Chinese take away,
lots of small shops, the Cardigan Bay Wildlife Centre and New Quay Lifeboat.
The Wales Coastal Path is below the park, also Traethgwyn Beach, see photo
above, where you walk into New Quay at low tide.
