The caravan has a new UPVC decking area with table and chairs to make the most of the stunning views. It is situated in its own private area beyond the farmhouse.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms – a double and two twins Bed linen is NOT provided.  There is space for a travel cot, but not provided.

The caravan has a flat screen TV and a dining area to seat six. The kitchen has a microwave, under counter fridge, gas cooker and oven. There are no additional charges for gas or electricity.
No smoking inside the caravan.

 There is a shower room with glazed shower, WC and basin and heated towel rail and a separate WC and basin  adjacent to the bedrooms.
 

• Outside - there is ample private car parking and new UPVC decking.
   

• Duvets and pillows present, but bed linen not supplied (for new bookings made after February 24th, 2021)
   

• Short breaks available from £70 per night - 3 night minimum - not always available.
   

• Just a few minutes drive in to New Quay for beaches, shops, restaurants, pubs and boat trips to see Dolphins.
   

• Electricity and gas and blown air central heating all inclusive.
   

• A booking is secured with a £50 deposit.
   

• Balance of payment to be paid to the owner 6 weeks before the holiday.
   

• One or two dogs only welcomed - no extra charge for dogs. The deck is fully enclosed.
   

• Locality - There are lovely beaches, boat trips, fishing  and shops, pubs and restaurants nearby, also easy access to the All Wales coastal path which now extends the length of the country, and from where you can often see Peregrines, Choughs, Red Kites, Seals, Dolphins and a wide variety of sea birds nesting on the cliffs.
