The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, storage and en suite shower, WC and basin. The second bedroom has full sized twin beds and Jack & Jill access to a family bathroom with bath, WC and basin.

Up to two well-behaved mature dogs welcomed.

The deck has outside furniture and is fully enclosed with a gate.

Full mains gas with central heating and radiators throughout, plus heated towel rails in bathrooms.
Bed linen and towels are supplied and included in the price. This is what is provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival:
Bottom sheets & duvet covers for 3 beds
2 pillowcases per person
4 bath towels
4 hand towels
3 kitchen towels
1 oven glove

You would still need to bring your own beach towels.

Guests should also bring their own travel cot and high chair if necessary.

Outside – Parking space beside the caravan and a paved area at the rear and to the side.

The caravan is within 70 metres of the coastal path, leading into New Quay town in one direction and to beach access in the other. The beach closest to the caravan is accessed via a metal bridge and staircase and is dog-friendly all year round.

PLEASE NOTE: Strictly no smoking inside the caravan.
